Jars of Clay takes the traditional songs of Christmas and present them with a sound of their own.   As I listened to Hibernation Day, it had a movie soundtrack feel to it…I loved it….felt like I was watching a cozy winter romance. Evergreen contained the peaceful sounds of footsteps in the snow.  Typically I enjoy the traditional sounds of Christmas, but this album may have changed my mind!
